Morning Person?
Try a Sunrise Yoga class.
7-7.45am is the perfect wake me up before the day begins.
We work through stretches, movement and flows to get your body and mind live and kicking ready for a positive and productive day.
Friday : 7am
Want to relax?
Try a Yoga for Relaxation or Gentle class.
Slow, flowy, calming stretches. Classes finish with relaxation and breathing exercises so you float away feeling peaceful and fulfilled.

Experienced Yogi?
All classes named Yoga or Amy's strong Saturday flow are for anyone who's done yoga before and is looking for a creative class with strong flows.
Poses may be held for longer & have challenges, but remember it's your practice so feel free to throw a child's pose whenever you want to.
