Join our Mummy and Baby Workout Class with PT Kayla, where you will enjoy a dynamic, full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone while keeping your little one engaged and happy. The sessions blend cardio, strength training, and core exercises with playful activities that involve your baby, ensuring a fun and effective fitness routine and precious bonding time for both mummy and baby. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is the perfect way to stay active and connect with your baby in a supportive community.

Cancellation Policy

Any payments or pass allocations are non-refundable, but if you need to change your booking then you are able to MOVE it to another slot with more than 24 hours notice - please download the WIX App to do this. If it is less than 24 hours until your class, you can not move your class. Please CANCEL your booking so that someone else can make use of the space. Please note that it is not possible to transfer or gift any classes, including within block bookings, to other people. Block bookings must also be used up within the specified time limit.
